It’s no secret the Ninth Circuit U.S. Federal court is full of liberal Judges who are set to take out President Trump at any turn. And it so happens the Ninth circuit has jurisdiction over Alaska, Arizona and, you guessed it, California!
And it was a San Francisco Judge John B. Owens who “required the federal government to continue processing renewal applications of immigrants previously approved for the program.” And it is this issue if DACA can be rescinded or not. (VIDEO BELOW.)
The LA Times reports; “The panel of three Democratic appointees is reviewing an appeal by the Trump administration of a preliminary injunction issued by a San Francisco federal judge in January that required the federal government to continue processing renewal applications of immigrants previously approved for the program.”
The Supreme Court will be involved again at some point, in February the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) refused to hear the case from California to keep DACA. As a result, time was bought to fine tune DACA in Congress.
As reported by USA Today, “By refusing to hear a California case. The high court ensured that DACA will survive at least through the fall, giving DACA enrollees a temporary reprieve from deportation. And Congress more time to craft a permanent solution for them.”
But leave it to the Ninth Circuit to bring President Trump’s tweets in on the subject! And his lawyer completely disseminated the entire grounds for entering the tweets into the argument in the first place! (VIDEO BELOW.)
The Recorder powered by Law, reports “The Ninth Circuit grappled with the president’s tweets and agency discretion during oral arguments on the administration’s decision to rescind the Obama-era immigration policy known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.”
Furthermore, the exchange became intense as one of the Judges suggested President Trump is a racist!
Moreover, the Trump administration attorney recites the law that would completely discount their premise! He says using something a President has said to anyone to rescind the DACA order is unlawful. He then says, “that’s especially true when the statements by the President aren’t about the policy in question and aren’t about racial animus (hostility).” (VIDEO BELOW.)
It’s a GREAT day in America when a Trump attorney tells the three liberal Judges about the LAW. And put’s their “feelings” in check!
