In a stunning response to the FISA judge who stonewalled congress. Judicial Watch has now filed a FOIA lawsuit for the FISA applications, warrants and the courts decisions!
The FISA records they are seeking would tell the American people if the basis of the Mueller special counsel was started for nefarious reasons.
Rewind to February:
On Feb 1, Devin Nunes (CA-R) sent a letter to the FISA court asking for their records. Coincidentally, FISA Court Judge, Rosemary Colley stone walls Congress just like the FBI and DOJ has been doing. No big surprise. Also, to read the letter in full, click HERE.

Rewind to April:
More stonewalling. In April the Department of Justice gave Devin Nunes on the House Intelligence Committee a redacted document but refused to give them the unredacted version. Apparently, this was to appease the committee. However, it did not work.
The Hill reports, Nunes “had requested access to the unredacted document, complaining that previous “heavily” redacted versions were not adequate for committee Republicans’ investigation into alleged abuses at the Justice Department.”
