SCOTUS Rulings: Conservative America TWO. Liberal America ZERO.
Today, in an upset ruling at the Supreme Court with the upholding of the travel ban, another decision passed to uphold free speech and anti-abortion rights!
California, in open defiance of the First Amendment brought a case about reproductive rights to the SCOTUS. Moreover, Justice Clarence Thomas wrote a clear decision.
Basically the Supreme Court, tells the California law to go pound sand and overrules the State. California law is NOT allowed to impinge on free speech in order to push their own pro-abortion agenda.

National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Xavier Becerra challenged a 2015 law that required crisis pregnancy centers to disclose all available medical options and services to pregnant women. The centers, which are nonprofit organizations often affiliated with Christian groups. Immediately responded that the law violated their religious freedom and their First Amendment right to free speech.
The pro-life decision narrowly passed with a 5-4 win. Furthermore, Clarence Thomas, conservative Justice wrote the decision that “found that requirements for licensed crisis pregnancy centers ‘likely’ violate free speech claims And that the requirement for unlicensed centers ‘unduly burdens protected speech’.”
Additionally, this is not the first time Clarence Thomas has disagreed with the State of California. In February, California instituted a 10 day waiting period for gun ownership in the wake of the Florida Valentines day high school massacre.
Thomas gave a fierce disapproval of the Supreme Court’s motion to attack the Second Amendment. He also said in his rebuke to his fellow Justices, “The right to keep and bear arms is … this Court’s Constitutional orphan.” He stood alone in defending the Second Amendment.
Today, Judge Thomas won for First Amendment and Christians everywhere with free speech and anti-abortion rights. This is a HUGE win for conservatives. Furthermore, it is a HUGE win for the Trump administration. Promises made and promises kept!
