On Day Three, Judge Ellis Fires Off A Warning That Can Destroy Mueller’s Game Plan

If THIS is the “insurance policy” plan that FBI Agent Peter Strzok spoke of in his text, then the twenty million dollar price tag for the Mueller probe isn’t worth it!

Yes, the Manafort Virginia case is juicy. Yes, it’s worth pulling up your chair and hearing about the hideous prosecutorial tactics of the Mueller team.

Specifically, Mueller’s probe is worth twenty million of our hard-earned tax dollars! Is it worth it?

On day three of the Manafort trial, Mueller’s pit bulls whipped out MORE photographs of Paul Manafort’s wardrobe.

Seriously, how many times can you see a photograph of a really nice jacket or suit? Or a fifteen thousand dollar ostrich piece like this one…

But, as Judge Ellis said yesterday, it’s not a crime to be wealthy!

The Mueller team appear to be drawing the comparison that Manafort has a nice wardrobe. And Judge T.S. Ellis isn’t having this sort of shenanigans going on in his court room either.

Yesterday, it was suggested that the star witness for the prosecution, Rick Gates would NOT be put on the stand.

The reason? Probably, because putting him on the stand would not be a good plan. It will show what a liar he is and how the Mueller team railroaded him.

This isn’t the first time a Mueller “star witness” fell through on the stand. The plan was once that businessman George Nadar was going to prove Russian collusion once and for all!

Yet, when he was on the stand, Nadar was destroyed like a loud thud, as his vacation with Bill Clinton was exposed! Click here to read more.

So, today in an epic pre-emptive strike, Ellis tells the Mueller Prosecutors, they “can’t prove conspiracy without him [Rick Gates].”

The Judge wants Gates on the stand!

Fox News reports, “U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis III issued the warning after prosecutors suggested Wednesday that Rick Gates – who is cooperating with prosecutors and had been considered a potential star witness – might not be called to the stand after all.

The Mueller team is still trying NOT to put Gates on the stand as the lead prosecutor retorts to the Judge,  “Not necessarily.” Then later changed his tune and said they had every “intention” of putting Gates on the stand!

Stay tuned, folks, do you think the Prosecutors will take a chance on the plan to put Gates on the stand or not? Drop your comment below and let us know!
