Wrapping up the end of the second week of the Manafort trial, Team Mueller gets their feelings hurt over how Judge Ellis addresses them.
Judge Ellis admonished the Mueller attorney’s in court on Wednesday, and they decided to go after Ellis!
As reports Fox News, “After days of being dressed down by the judge overseeing the Paul Manafort case, federal prosecutors sought Thursday to put their foot down — filing a motion complaining that Judge T.S. Ellis III had unfairly admonished them in front of the jury.”
In a real ‘turn the witch hunt’ on the Judge, Team Mueller filed a legal complaint on Ellis! Moreover, the motion tells Judge Ellis that HIS “prejudice should be cured.”
In his own courtroom, the Mueller team turns on the presiding Judge!
They tell the judge he is being prejudice, when the Mueller prejudice is what Judge Ellis has been chewing them out about!
Specifically, the Mueller team is upset because the judge, in his own courtroom made an error.
Apparently, the Judge, in the beginning of the trial granted permission “for the witness to remain in the room during proceedings”, and on Wednesday the Judge “ripped into prosecutors for letting a witness, IRS Agent Michael Welsh, sit in the courtroom before his testimony,” as states Fox.
Judge Ellis showed them what it is like to be human and got to the heart of the matter.
Not letting the moment go to waste, the Judge leads by example.
He tells them, exemplifying regret, “This robe doesn’t make me anything other than human,” Fox reports.
Manafort is being accused of bank fraud and tax evasion.
Although the prosecution is trying to show tax evasion and bank fraud, the Manafort defense team is proving a better job that he is not guilty.
Furthermore, there has been ZERO mention of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign during this trial.
Additionally, the TWENTY MILLION DOLLAR PRICE tag with tax payer money for the special counsel has only yielded this case. Yet, oddly, it has nothing to do with Russian collusion.
