CASE CLOSED: Rudy Fires Off A Pair Of Silver Bullets That Can Demolish The Witch Hunt

Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney is getting down to business and just laid down some powerful facts.

Giuliani is fighting hard for President Trump while pointing out the corruption that is buried deep within the swamp.

Rudy Giuliani took to Twitter Thursday after an interview with The Daily Beast where he dropped a few bombs.

Giuliani said, “What are the odds the DOJ or Mueller have begun an investigation of Bruce Ohr for violating 18 USC sec. 208? That’s a federal felony unless he disclosed all facts to the DOJ and has a written waiver. How many of you know what that is?”

He continued, “Ohr’s wife was financially benefitted by Ohr, a DOJ official, advancing the Steele phony dossier. Her firm got some part of the $1.02 million paid by Hillary and DNC. A crime unless he has a written waiver from Obama’s politicized DOJ which is possible.”

The law at issue is Title 18 Section 208 of the U.S. code. It says federal executive branch employees can’t participate in government matters in which they or their immediate family has a financial interest.

But the president and the vice president, despite being executive branch employees, are exempt. According to the law’s definitions, Title 18 Section 208 does not apply to them, nor does it apply to members of Congress or federal judges.

Giuliani stated Bruce Ohr’s wife was financially benefiting by Ohr, and advancing the Steele phony dossier while inquiring, “What are the odds the DOJ or Mueller have begun an investigation of Bruce Ohr for violating 18 USC sec. 208?” (Continued Below)

The phony dossier is the key component the Swamp used for the spying on the Trump campaign, furthermore it was used to frame Donald Trump.

Now, President Trump’s legal team is crafting a “counter-report” that will seek to delegitimize Robert Mueller’s witch hunt while presenting countervailing arguments.

Giuliani told The Daily Beast in an interview on Thursday that part of his report would examine whether the “initiation of the investigation was… legitimate or not.”

From The Daily Beast:

According to Giuliani, the bulk of the report will be divided into two sections. One section will seek to question the legitimacy of the Mueller probe generally by alleging “possible conflicts” of interest by federal law enforcement authorities.

The other section will respond to more substantive allegations of Trump campaign collusion with Russian government agents to sway the 2016 election, and obstruction of justice allegations stemming from, among other things, the president’s firing of former FBI director James Comey.

Though this latter section will focus on the meat of Mueller’s investigation, Giuliani acknowledged that he doesn’t actually know what Mueller’s findings will look like, making the act of putting a counter-report together a bit more challenging.

“Since we have to guess what it is, [our report so far] is quite voluminous,” Giuliani said, claiming that he would spend much of this weekend “paring it down” and that he was editing the document created by the “whole team.”

“The first half of it is 58 pages, and second half isn’t done yet… It needs an executive summary if it goes over a hundred,” he added. Giuliani also indicated that most of what’s being put together by him and his Trump-defending colleagues currently can already be found on Google.
