Trump & Mattis Stomp Their Feet Down, Blast Woodward’s Book To The Fiction Shelves

Bob Woodward, who works for the Washington Post and is best known for the book “All The President’s Men” in 1974 – wrote a lie in his new anti-Trump book – and General Mattis let the world know Bob lied.

It all started, Tuesday, less than 24 hours ago, when Woodward hit the airwaves on CBS touting his book entitled “FEAR: Trump in the White House.”

Never Trumper’s probably DO fear a Republican President they cannot buy to push their globalist agenda.

President Trump stood for what is TRUE and correct. The Woodward book is not true and correct.

Aside from that, it has not been released yet. The release date is on 9/11. That is odd timing as President Trump suggests.

First, President Trump posted a two-part tweet that included a statement from General Mattis who clearly refuted Woodward’s book.  (MORE BELOW.)

General Mattis wrote in his statement, “The contemptuous words about the President attributed to me in Woodward’s book were never uttered by me or in my presence. While I generally enjoy reading fiction, this is uniquely Washington brand of literature, and his anonymous sources  do not lend credibility.”

Please read General Mattis’ statement in full below:

President Trump and General Mattis refute the book and is riddled with lies.

President Trump then tweeted, “The Woodward book has already been refuted and discredited by General (Secretary of Defense) James Mattis and General (Chief of Staff) John Kelly. Their quotes were made up frauds, a con on the public. Likewise other stories and quotes. Woodward is a Dem operative? Notice timing?”

Then he tweeted again shortly afterward and said, “The already discredited Woodward book, so many lies and phony sources, has me calling Jeff Sessions “mentally retarded” and “a dumb southerner.” I said NEITHER, never used those terms on anyone, including Jeff, and being a southerner is a GREAT thing. He made this up to divide!”

In the next tweet, President Trump attaches an article by Brietbart and tweeted the title,  “Jim Mattis Calls Woodward Book ‘Fiction’: ‘Product of Someone’s Rich Imagination.”

Basically, Brietbart broke General Mattis’ statement down, click here to read the analysis.

President Trump’s next tweet attached a Daily Caller article and Pres Trump tweeted the headline, “Secretary Mattis Nukes Woodward Allegations.”

In the Daily Caller article, they reviewed a section of the book that the Washington Post had printed and then they refuted it’s authenticity. Click here to read more. (Continued below.)

Is it time for libel law changes?

President Trump’s final tweet early this morning said, “Isn’t it a shame that someone can write an article or book, totally make up stories and form a picture of a person that is literally the exact opposite of the fact, and get away with it without retribution or cost. Don’t know why Washington politicians don’t change libel laws?
