In what can only be described as a DESPERATE plea to the FBI and DOJ; the Democrat’s openly ask to slow-walk the doc release by President Trump.
The released documents may very well expose the most corruption ever seen in the upper echelons of the FBI and DOJ. All of it – during the Obama-era.
Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff and Warner – the four signed the request to the FBI and DOJ.
The Democrats asked Rosenstein and Wray to ignore the Presidential doc release. Yet, they literally refer to themselves as the “Gang of Eight” in the letter.
The only problem is they have obvious math skill deficiencies since only FOUR signed it.
It appeared their gang shrunk in half but like most things Democrats do – FACTS don’t seem to matter! (MORE BELOW.)
The hubris in the last sentence is almost too much!
Calling the letter “Corruption Junction” The Conservative Treehouse wrote, “the combination of arrogance, hubris and desperation within a letter (pdf here) from the four Democrats on the intelligence oversight Gang of Eight, is palpable even in text format.”
And to hit the point home that the letter was filled with “arrogance, hubris and desperation” – the last sentence will put you in stitches.
The audacity to suggest that the “Gang of Eight” should be notified before the President of the United States on any communications regarding the doc release is OUTRAGEOUS. (Continued below.)
The gang of four wrote, “Your agencies’ review, and any communications with the White House on the substance of material, should not proceed further until you have briefed the Gang of Eight in person.”
