Tuesday, First Lady Melania Trump exited Air Force One after a flight to Ghana, Africa where she went to Accra and paid her respects to the children who are confined to hospital in the capital city.
While disembarking she turned heads in a gorgeous red and white asymmetrical button down maxi dress. She also sported a stunning knotted tie and three-quarter length sleeves! (VIDEO BELOW.)

In a sweet gesture, a young girl presents First Lady Melania Trump with a stunning and beautiful bouquet of flowers!
And with a gorgeous smile of thanks and genuine warmth, our First Lady accepted the flowers graciously and then asked the young girl several questions. This caused the young girl to smile back as they exchanged a few words together!
As the African welcoming party walked with our First Lady across the tarmac with tons of security – the red carpet was rolled out for her in great respect!
The group entered the Airport and you can see children waving the African flag as the local African dance and drum ensemble greeted the First Lady upon her arrival! (VIDEO BELOW.)

Melania Trump is on the African visit for one week.
“The visit, alongside Ghana’s First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo, to Accra’s Ridge Hospital set the tone for the trip as a whole,” reported the BBC.
