It’s no secret that Hillary Clinton placed the nation’s security at risk by using a home-brewed email server as Secretary of State.

By doing so, she blasted our nation’s secrets for anyone knowing how to intercept them.

As Swamp Drain reportedJudicial Watch revealed that Hillary will be forced to answer questions, where before she had ignored the requests.

“Clinton claimed that she ‘does not recall’ 20 times in her under-oath responses to 25 Judicial Watch questions about her Clinton.com, non-state.gov email system,” and now – Clinton must show in court  to answer.

Tom Fitton tweeted after the verdict, “Breaking: Court rules late today Hillary Clinton must answer more email questions — including key q’s about the setting up of her email system.”

Further, the judge ruled the former Secretary of State has a 30-day window to respond, under oath, for two additional questions on her controversial email system. (Article Continues Below)

Judicial Watch tweeted a six-part series of tweets following the judge’s verdict on Thursday.

JW tweeted,  “BREAKING: Judicial Watch announced today that, following JW’s court battle, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled that Hillary Clinton must answer – under oath – two additional questions on her controversial email system within 30 days,” posted government watchdog group Judicial Watch on social media.

JW continued, “In 2016, Clinton was required to submit under oath written answers to JW’s questions. Clinton objected to & refused to answer questions on the creation of her email system & use of the system despite warnings from State Dept cybersecurity officials.” (Article Continues Below)

Judicial Watch didn’t stop there.

“Hillary Clinton also previously objected to & refused to answer Judicial Watch’s questions about the basis for her claim that the State Dept had “90-95%” of her emails.” JW said.

“But, after a lengthy hearing with Judicial Watch yesterday, U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled that Hillary Clinton must address two of the questions she’d refused to answer under oath. The questions Clinton must answer are below.”  (See questions below)

JW wrote, “Judicial Watch President : “A federal court ordered Hillary Clinton to answer more questions about her illicit email system – which is good news.”

Judicial Watch President : “It is shameful that Judicial Watch attorneys must continue to battle the State Department and the DOJ – which still defend Hillary Clinton – for basic answers to our questions about Clinton’s email misconduct.” JW added.
