Rudy Giuliani, the personal lawyer to the President of the United States weighed in on the blockbuster news that Michael Flynn’s hidden documents about his perjury indictment were requested by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan.
The FBI 302s which are reports that summarize “the interviews that they conduct.”[3][4] And contains information from the notes taken during the interview by the non-primary agent,” as defined by Wikipedia. (VIDEO BELOW.)
Rudy reviewed the FBI Flynn 302’s and tweeted proof it was a set-up.
“The FBI 302s of Gen. Flynn interview shows Comey and Stroyk were not searching for the truth but setting a perjury trap for Flynn,” Giuliani said.
Rudy concluded, “It included misleading him about getting a lawyer, not refreshing his recollection and filing a false statement charge when FBI thought it wasn’t.”
The key phrase is the FBI did not believe Flynn was lying. Yet, the Mueller gang indicted him for perjury anyway.

Federal Judge Sullivan, asked for the FBI 302’s “after Flynn’s legal team said in a filing that the FBI discouraged Flynn from bringing a lawyer to the interview and agents never advised him false statements in that setting could constitute a crime. The newly released documents confirm those claims,” Fox News reported.
