President Trump took to Twitter Monday morning where he pushed back at the “fake news” and Democrats refusing to make a deal while the partial government shutdown continues.

The President is working hard for the American people and keeping his promises.

Early Monday morning, President Trump laughed at reports that law enforcement officials thought he might be a secret Russian agent by citing a “Fox and Friends” segment about low gasoline prices and record U.S. oil production.

Trump wrote, “Gas prices drop across the United States because President Trump has deregulated Energy and we are now producing a great deal more oil than ever before.” @foxandfriends”

“But this is bad news for Russia, why would President Trump do such a thing? Thought he worked for Kremlin?” The President added.

Trump is referring to a New York Times report that the FBI opened an investigation into whether or not the president was “knowingly working for Russia or had unwittingly fallen under Moscow’s influence.” (Continued Below)

The President took aim at Nancy and Cryin’ Chuck for allowing the shutdown to continue without making a deal on border security.

The Commander in Chief said, “I’ve been waiting all weekend. Democrats must get to work now. Border must be secured!”

Then he wrote, “Nancy and Cryin’ Chuck can end the Shutdown in 15 minutes. At this point it has become their, and the Democrats, fault!” (Continued Below)

The President didn’t stop there as he pushed back at Democrat beachgoers who were spotted in Puerto Rico partying.

Trump shined the spotlight on the beachgoers and said, “Dems in Puerto Rico as Shutdown hits day 24.” @foxandfriends”

Lastly, the President slapped down the “fake news” suggesting they take some time off and “chill.”

He said, “The Fake News gets crazier and more dishonest every single day. Amazing to watch as certain people covering me, and the tremendous success of this administration, have truly gone MAD! Their Fake reporting creates anger and disunity. Take two weeks off and come back rested. Chill!”
