Trump, Bolton & Co. Fire Back At Iran’s Supreme Leader As He Promotes ‘Death To America’

The Iranian leaders and citizens have been chanting “Death to America” for more than 40 years, and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said his country wouldn’t stop chanting the phrase. Khamenei is Iran’s most powerful official as a supreme leader.

However, conservatives spoke up after his latest remark. (Video Below)

While speaking to Iranian Air force operators on the 40th anniversary of the country’s Islamic Revolution, Khamenei said his country wouldn’t stop chanting the phrase so “long as America continues its wickedness.” Khamenei’s English-language Twitter account also repeated his remarks, per Daily Wire.

Further, he said that “Death to America” apparently only refers to the politicians in charge.

Khamenei claimed on Twitter, “Down with USA” means down with @realDonaldTrump , @AmbJohnBolton and @SecPompeo . It means death to the American politicians currently in power. It means death to the few people running that country; we have nothing against the American nation.”

He followed up with more hateful rhetoric and stated, “As long as the U.S. practices savagery and vice, the “Down with USA” won’t get off the Iranian nation’s tongue.” He added, “The U.S. regime is the embodiment of evil, violence, creating chaos, and warmongering. The U.S. regime has always lived off trespassing for fulfilling its interests. The U.S. is the embodiment of evil, then they complain why we chant “down with USA?” (Video Below)

President Trump blasted on Twitter and wrote, “40 years of corruption. 40 years of repression. 40 years of terror. The regime in Iran has produced only #40YearsofFailure. The long-suffering Iranian people deserve a much brighter future.”

National Security Advisor, John Bolton declared, “After 40 years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has failed to fulfill its promises to uphold and safeguard the rights of its citizens. The 40th anniversary of the Iranian regime only serves to highlight four decades of failure and broken promises.”

He added, “It’s been 40 yrs of failure. Now it’s up to the Iranian regime to change its behavior, & ultimately up to the Iranian people to determine the direction of their country. The U.S. will support the will of the Iranian people, & stand behind them to ensure their voices are heard.” (Video Below)

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) wrote, “Old man, you’ll be dead long before any of us, and your outlaw regime will die of its own illegitimacy while America remains the land of the free.”

Fox News Contributor, Sara Carter said, “It also means that one day in the near future – the young people of #Iran will rise up against @khamenei_ir and the cult like regime- your existence will be a reminder in history books of the horrors of living under oppression and tyranny. #FreeIran”
