President Donald Trump participated in a joint news conference in the Rose Garden on Tuesday with President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil.

Bolsonaro praised President Trump for his strong leadership along with their working relationship. (Video Below)

President Trump and President Bolsonaro during the conference, discussed trade, space force, NATO membership and they slammed socialism.

Trump also hit back at what has happened in Venezuela knocking socialism and called Madura a “Cuban puppet.”

However, Brazilian President Bolsonaro, said Brazil and the United States stand together for “traditional family lifestyles” and “against fake news.”

“In conclusion, Brazil and the United States stand side-by-side in their efforts to ensure liberty and respect the traditional family lifestyles, and respect for God our creator– against the gender ideologies or the politically correct attitudes and against fake news.” Bolsonaro expressed in the Rose Garden. Bolsonaro also said, “Drawing inspiration from Ronald Reagan, I wish to bring his administration’s style as summarized in the following citation: people should say what the government can do, and not the other way around.”

He further noted that the United States changed in 2017 and the two countries stand side by side.

President Trump took note of Bolsonaro’s remarks and was proud to hear him use the term “fake news.” (Video Below)
