Attorney General Bill Barr testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee over the Mueller report, however, the night before left wing media hacks leaked a letter from Mueller’s team.

Barr helped clear up the gossip that had to do with The Washington Post report that “Mueller wasn’t happy” with the Attorney General’s letter to Congress summarizing the investigation’s findings.

Democrats and many in the media immediately helped serve up the false impression that William Barr misrepresented the Mueller findings to Congress ahead of the release of the full report.

Reading deeper into the story, however, it became clear what Mueller was referring to, as Barr reminded Democrats on the committee Wednesday that the Special Counsel was disappointed with “media coverage” misrepresenting facts.

Barr said he received a letter from Mueller and he picked up the phone to call him and find out if his March 24th letter was inaccurate.

Mueller said Barr’s “summary” was not inaccurate and that the press was reading too much into it. (Continued Below)

“He was very clear with me and he was not suggesting that we had misrepresented his report” Barr explained.

This is just more smears and attack at the President and the Attorney General to discredit the findings of the Mueller report as Democrats are upset that they didn’t get what they wanted. (Continued Below)

It is also worth noting that conspiracy theorist Rep. Adam Schiff called for Willaim Barr to resign on Wednesday morning after The Washington Post’s smear attack.

“Barr’s answer to @RepCharlieCrist, denying knowledge of Mueller’s concerns over his summary, was deliberately false and misleading. If he were an ordinary citizen, it might be considered perjury. As our top law enforcement official, it’s even worse. He must step down,” Schiff tweeted Wednesday morning.

Rep. Adam Schiff’s tweets:

Schiff continued his peddling before hearing from the attorney general and wrote, “Attorney General Barr should resign. He misled the American people with his inaccurate summary of Mueller’s report. Then he misled the Congress when he denied knowledge of Mueller’s concerns. How can he be trusted to impartially administer justice? Short answer: He can’t.”
