Congressman Matt Gaetz (R-FL), and legal analyst Gregg Jarrett joined host Sean Hannity Monday evening where they weighed in on the contents of secret FBI transcripts from the Russia probe.

This comes after former South Carolina Republican Congressman, Trey Gowdy, revealed on Sunday to Maria Bartiromo that, “If the bureau is going to send in an informant, the informant is going to be wired. If the bureau is monitoring telephone calls, there’s going to be a transcript of that.” He also announced, “There is some information in these transcripts that has the potential to be a game changer if it’s ever made public.”

Hannity began the segment directly asking Matt Gaetz what exactly does he know about the turning events that are about to unfold within the swamp.

“I believe we are days, if not, weeks away, from the most compelling evidence and the biggest political scandal in American history. Hannity viewers have known from the beginning that it was the dossier, funded by Democrats, that really fueled this investigation.” [Emphasized].

He added, “But, [James] Comey, [John] Brennan, and [James] Clapper, they didn’t defend the dossier, because it was written by a known liar. So instead, they pivoted and said they had all these legitmate concerns about George Papadopolous.

Gaetz went on to explain what we are going to learn: “Yeah we heard from an unverified foreign source that Papadopolus might’ve been talking to some Russians. So there was western intelligence, sent to spy on Papadopolous and there’s actually a recording and transcript of that conversation. Papadopolus denies illegal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russian.” (Continued Below)

Gaetz noted that they had “evidence,” presumably against Papadopolus and for him. “What they’ll never be able to defend is that they never presented that ‘evidence’ to the FISA court,” he suggested.

Comey and his cabal withheld exculpatory information from the FISA court to spy on Trump’s campaign. “This is what Attorney General William Barr means when he talks about them putting their thumb on the scale. The government has an obligation before a secret court, no defense attorney, to present all of the exculpatory evidence that they’ve provided. Here they only presented evidence that they would cast people associated with the Trump campaign in a bad light without their multiple professions of innocence,” The Florida Congressman said.

Gaetz added, “Comey, Clapper, and Brennan are all going to say ‘well Papadopolous might have known he was being surveilled when he said none of this stuff was actually happening’, but there’s still no excuse for why that didn’t go before a court.” (Continued Below)

Gregg Jarrett explained that there is an “extra duty” at the FBI that James Comey and Sally Yates and the DOJ had when they presented their warrant application to “spy” on somebody.

“If they have exculpatory evidence, they have to provide that, [and] all of the information has to be verified. If they discover later on that it’s not verified or they were wrong, they have to immediately notify the court that ‘we got it wrong, you must now reconsider’. They didn’t do any of that. That’s a fraud on the court and five other felonies,” Jarrett revealed.

He added, “It is rank corruption. It is using your law enforcement office to target somebody for political reasons and lying to a court in the process. It’s [an] abuse of power, it’s perjury, it’s a false statement, it’s obstruction of justice… it’s all of those things. It’s easy to invent a lie and even easier to spread a lie if there’s nobody there to challenge it.” (Video Below)
