Mike Huckabee was not impressed after watching two days of Democrats facing off in their first round debates.
As Ted Cruz put it, “The clown car is broken,” in reference to candidates’ wild debate performances, where they were heard in both English and Spanish fighting for far left and socialist concepts, including open borders, Medicare for all and abortion.
In his initial reaction to the debates, Huckabee said, “All the Dems talking at once and some in a foreign language. Sounds like a cross between a prime-time cable news shout-fest and a Pentecostal Tent revival where everyone is speaking in tongues. Tower of Babel comes to prime time!”
He also specifically targeted Senator Gillibrand who had a tough time getting a word in during the second night of debates.

Huckabee stated, “Gillibrand reminds me of a girl in grade school who tries so hard to get teacher’s attention b/c she wants to be heard, but no one cares. She’s so obnoxious that teacher keeps her in classroom during Popsicle recess.” See Below
But the icing on the cake came when Huckabee humiliated candidates Beto O’Rourke and Julián Castro with a classic meme.
Huckabee tweeted a picture of Beto next to Napoleon Dynamite and Castro next to Pedro from the same movie, that was captioned, “That moment you realize they’ve grown up.”
