Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had some negative words for President Trump and his daughter Ivanka in reaction to video footage that was taken at the G20 Summit.
Cortez was triggered after seeing a video of Ivanka Trump, who took her father’s seat at the G20, engaging in conversation with French lawyer Christine Lagarde, French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Theresa May and Canadian President Justin Trudeau.
Ocasio-Cortez said, “It may be shocking to some, but being someone’s daughter actually isn’t a career qualification.”
She added, “It hurts our diplomatic standing when the President phones it in & the world moves on.”
“The US needs our President working the G20. Bringing a qualified diplomat couldn’t hurt either,” AOC concluded.
Sarah Sanders, who recently completed her final day as Press Secretary, fired back upon seeing the tweet from AOC.
Sanders said, “Phoning it in, AOC, is wasting your time on Twitter while destroying jobs in NY.”
“President Trump & Ivanka Trump actually created millions of new jobs and continue to make the US stronger on the global stage but thank you for reminding Americans everyday why they elected Trump,” Sarah declared. See Below
