Wednesday night on CNN, Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed that President Trump has no one in charge of producing and distributing medical equipment. He suggested that the Commander in Chief needs to appoint a senior military official as “czar” to make things happen more efficiently amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“They need one person, a military person, a General, who knows how to deal with logistics and order mastering, who knows command and control. You need to place that person, czar, in charge of both production and distribution of all of this kind of needed equipment. … The president could do that right now and not interfere, no politics, and get the job done. I’m calling on him to do it,” Schumer told CNN’s Erin Burnett in part.
On Thursday, Senator Chuck Schumer also took to Twitter with an attached letter to the Commander in Chief, writing: “Dear President Trump: You need to designate a senior military officer as ‘czar’ with broad and government-wide authority to lead both production and distribution of desperately needed medical equipment NOW.”
President Donald Trump responded to Schumer in a series of Tweets, pointing out he already has an Admiral in charge of distribution, and told “Cryin’ Chuck Schumer” to stop complaining.
“Somebody please explain to Cryin’ Chuck Schumer that we do have a military man in charge of distributing goods, a very talented Admiral, in fact. New York has gotten far more than any other State, including hospitals & a hospital ship, but no matter what, always complaining,” Trump wrote.
“It wouldn’t matter if you got ten times what was needed, it would never be good enough. Unlike other states, New York, unfortunately, got off to a late start. You should have pushed harder. Stop complaining & find out where all of these supplies are going. Cuomo working hard!” the president expressed. (Continued Below)
“Massive amounts of medical supplies, even hospitals and medical centers, are being delivered directly to states and hospitals by the Federal Government. Some have insatiable appetites & are never satisfied (politics?). Remember, we are a backup for them,” Trump continued.
“The complainers should have been stocked up and ready long before this crisis hit. Other states are thrilled with the job we have done. Sending many Ventilators today, with thousands being built. 51 large cargo planes coming in with medical supplies. Prefer sending directly to hospitals,” he added.
Following the traded barbs between President Trump and Senator Schumer, Mark Levin also took to Twitter on Thursday, lighting up Democrats for their failure to act on the coronavirus– when Democratic lawmakers were consumed with impeaching the president. (Video Below)
“And where the hell was Chuck Schumer when this virus began breaking out?” Mark Levin asked. “On TV every day demanding witnesses to prolong his coup effort in the United States Senate.”
“He and Pelosi effectively shut down Congress for months. And where the hell was Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee?” Levin wondered.
“Rather than holding hearings on China and the Wuhan virus situation, he turned his committee into a partisan political operation and later was the lead coup manager in the Senate. The Democrat leaders let down our country and continue to do so,” he wrote.

Reminder:
REMINDER: The U.S. got it’s first case of China Virus on January 15th.
What were Democrats up to?
Impeachment.
Don’t let them fool you into thinking they took this seriously before President Trump did.

President Trump didn’t take Coronavirus seriously?
He restricted Travel with China in January and emphasized that he was taking action against it at the State of the Union in February.
