Wallace To Trump: “I’m Not Saying You’re Going To Lose… But If You Did, How Crushing Would It Be?”

During a wide range interview with host Chris Wallace, which aired on “Fox News Sunday”, President Donald Trump addressed whether he will accept the 2020 election results.

The president also had strong words for Joe Biden, taking political and personal shots at the presumptive Democratic nominee.

“I’m not saying you’re going to lose. I am not saying that,” Chris Wallace told the president. “I saw how you turned it around last time.”

“I don’t think I’m gonna lose at all,” the Commander in Chief interjected.

“But if you did, how crushing would it be?” Wallace asked.

“First of all, let me just tell you something,” President Trump insisted. “I know everyone wants to know that, [be]cause they love to see me lose. Do you know how many times I’ve been written off? My whole life. And you know why I won’t lose? The country in the end, they’re not gonna have a man who’s shot– he’s shot,” the president said, pointing to his head. “He’s mentally shot”. “Let him come out of his basement and go around. I’ll make 4 or 5 speeches a day, I’ll be interviewed by you, I’ll be the worst killers that hate my guts– they hate my guts. There’s nothing they can ask me that I won’t give them a proper answer to. Some people will like it, some people won’t like it,” the president continued.

“But look, let Biden sit through an interview like this. He’ll be on the ground crying for Mommy. He’ll say ‘Mommy, Mommy, please take me home'”, the Commander in Chief said. “He can’t do an interview, he’s incompetent.”

He went on to tell Wallace: “There’s a number you don’t mention, it’s called enthusiasm number. The enthusiasm for Trump is through the roof, even higher than last time. The enthusiasm for Biden is non-existent. Everyone knows he’s shot.” Continued Below

Chris Wallace noted that the enthusiasm against President Trump is high, which prompted the Trump to say: “Well, that’s okay. That’s his only shot. … And those people know I’m doing a good job, but there’s something in my personality that they don’t like. [Be]cause look, nobody’s done what I’ve done.”

“Biden wants to come in and ruin our country, triple your taxes,” he said, suggesting that if he becomes president, Biden will be pushed to the left. “He wants to add regulations that I’ve all cut. … He will destroy this country, but it won’t be him. It will be the radical left. The same type ideology that took over Venezuela, one of the richest countries in the world. They now have no water, they have no food, and they have no medicine. That’s gonna happen here if he wins.”

Wallace then asked: “In general, not talking about November, are you a good loser?”

“I’m not a good loser. I don’t like to lose. I don’t lose too often,” the president responded. Video Below

When asked if he is “gracious”, President Trump said, “You don’t know until you see. It depends.” He added that mail-in voting, which Democrats have pushed as a response to the coronavirus pandemic, “is going to rig the election.”

Asked if this means that he will not accept the election results, Trump said, “No. I have to see. Hillary asked me the same thing. … And you know what? She is the one that never accepted it. She never accepted her loss. She looks like a fool.”

Asked again if he would give a direct answer on whether he would accept the results, the president said, “I have to see. No, I’m not going to just say yes. I’m not going to say no, and I didn’t last time either.”
