Joe Biden does not think that voters “deserve to know” whether or not he will pack the Supreme Court.

The Democratic presidential nominee gave the indication while interviewing on a local TV station in Las Vegas, NV, and just one day after he said that he won’t answer a question about Supreme Court packing until after the election.

“Sir, I’ve got to ask you about packing the court, and I know that you said yesterday that you aren’t gonna answer the question until after the election, but this is the number one thing that I’ve been asked about from viewers in the past couple of days,” KTNV Anchor Ross DiMattei said to Biden.

Joe replied, “Well, you’ve been asked by viewers who are probably Republicans who don’t want me continuing to talk about what they are doing to the court right now.”

DiMattei followed up by asking, “Well sir, don’t the voters deserve to know?”

“No, they don’t [deserve],” Biden fired back. “I’m not gonna play his game.” Video Below
