Sidney Powell Claims To Have Enough Evidence To Prove ‘Millions’ Of Votes Were Fraudulently Shifted From Trump

Attorney Sidney Powell, who is part of President Trump’s legal team, spoke with host Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures”, claiming that “the evidence is coming in so fast” she “can’t even process it all”, regarding allegations over the Dominion voting system and the software made by Smartmatic.

Powell said that Peter Neffenger is “President and on the board of directors of Smartmatic”, adding, “And it just so happens, he’s on Mr. Biden’s presidential transition team, that’s gonna be non-existent”.

“We’re fixing to overturn the election results in multiple states,” Sidney Powell declared. “And President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes– were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose”.

The Trump campaign lawyer said the team has “sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed”, suggesting it was “designed to rig elections”, adding of the witness, “He was fully briefed on it. He saw it happen in other countries. It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.”

“They did this on purpose, it was calculated. They’ve done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell said, while noting that she won’t reveal the evidence that she has on national TV. “I just can’t do that,” she explained.

Asked if she can present to the courts and be successful within the timeframe before the states certify the election results, Powell replied, “Let me put it this way: First of all, I never say anything I can’t prove. Secondly, the evidence is coming in so fast, I can’t even process it all.” Continued Below

“Millions of Americans have– I would say hundreds of thousands, have stepped forward with their different experiences of voter fraud, but this is a massive election fraud, and I’m very concerned it involved not only Dominion and it’s Smartmatic software, that the software essentially was used by other election machines also. It was the software that was the problem. Even their own manual explains how votes can be wiped away. It’s like drag and drop Trump votes to a separate folder and delete that folder,” Powell said.

She revealed the team is “collecting evidence now from various whistleblowers that are aware of substantial sums of money being given to family members of state officials who bought the software” in multiple states. “It’s really an insidious, corrupt system and I can’t tell you how livid I am with our government for not paying attention to complaints even brought by Democrats,” she said.

Powell made reference to a 2019 investigation from Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) into Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic. The lawmakers had expressed concerns about the security of the voting systems. Video Below

“We are going to show the public exactly how rotten the entire state is,” Powell warned.

“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” she said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”

“We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used– and planned to use from the beginning” that allegedly switched votes to Biden, Powell said. “That’s why he said he ‘didn’t need your votes now, he would need you later’. He was right. I mean, in his demented state, he had no filter. He was speaking the truth more than once, including when he said ‘he has the largest voter fraud organization ever’. It’s massive election fraud. It’s gonna undo the entire election”.
