The CDC updated its advice on masks for vaccinated Americans outdoors on Tuesday. Fully vaccinated people in the U.S. no longer need to wear masks outdoors in small groups, when biking or running alone and when dining outside.
Meanwhile, vaccinated Joe Biden delivered remarks Tuesday over the CDC’s updated guidelines and walked outside of the White House alone while wearing a mask.

NBC News’ Peter Alexander asked Biden on Tuesday, “You chose to wear a mask as you walked out here. What message were you sending by wearing a mask outside alone?”
Biden claimed, “By watching me take it off and not put it back on until I get inside”.

And, while answering some questions from reporters, he admitted that he is “really gonna be in trouble” if he answered more questions, though he did not say who he would be “in trouble” by.
BIDEN: "I'm sorry. This is the last question I'm gonna take. I'm really gonna be in trouble."

Former WH press secretary Kayleigh McEnany tweeted over the new CDC’s guidelines:
The Biden Administration has finally confirmed…
🚴 You can ride your bicycle alone without a mask
☀️ You can hang out in the desert alone without a mask
🏃♂️ You can go for a run without a mask
We knew this long ago… #CommonSense
