COMEY COLLAPSE: Newly Released Testimony VINDICATES General Michael Flynn

The Witch Hunt against President Trump has hit, yet another brick wall and it appears General Michael Flynn is actually innocent of any wrongdoing…at least according to James Comey of all people!

A new report by Byron York, published by Washington Examiner, indicates James Comey testified to members of Congress in March 2017, that he did not think Michael Flynn purposely lied to authorities when questioned about a prior conversations he had with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak in December 2016.

Phone conversations with the ambassador took place after President Trump won the election, and Flynn was interviewed by FBI agents on January 24, 2017, about his conversations.

As per the Examiner:

According to two sources familiar with the meetings, Comey told lawmakers that the FBI agents who interviewed Flynn did not believe that Flynn had lied to them, or that any inaccuracies in his answers were intentional. As a result, some of those in attendance came away with the impression that Flynn would not be charged with a crime pertaining to the Jan. 24 interview.

It’s now puzzling why 9 months later, Flynn decided to go ahead and plead guilty to lying to authorities, despite knowing agents thought he did nothing wrong. And some analysts, including Trey Gowdy, suggest Flynn’s guilty plea could be part of a strategy, since it’s speculated Special Counsel Mueller does not have much of a case. Flynn “admitting” to lying to authorities means he can’t be thought of as a credible witness in the Witch Hunt moving forward. Trey Gowdy sheds more light on this theory HERE.

Also, according to the report, such conversations with the Russian ambassador are actually quite normal. As per the report:

The questioning in that Jan. 24 interview apparently revolved around the Flynn-Kislyak phone conversations. The first thing to remember is that it appears Flynn did nothing wrong in having those talks. As the incoming national security adviser, it was entirely reasonable that he discuss policy with representatives of other governments — and Flynn was getting calls from all around the world.

So really, this whole thing appears to have been blown way out of proportion, which could very well be part of the “insurance policy” Strzok and Page discussed in their text messages between one another. Afterall, its now well-known that Obama’s Administration was watching Trump very closely and were waiting for him or those surrounding him to make one bad move. In regards to Flynn’s conversations with the Russian Ambassador during the transition, former Bush national security advisor said:

“I don’t have a problem with that. I don’t see what would be wrong if [Flynn] simply said, look, don’t retaliate, doesn’t make sense, it hurts my country, it makes it harder for us as an incoming administration to reconsider Russia policy, which is something we said we’d do. So just hold your fire and let us have a shot at this.”

One of the major players involved with Flynn’ s investigation is a key figure mentioned in the FISA MEMO written by Congressman Devin Nunes. Then, Deputy Attorney Sally Yates, is the one who directed two FBI agents to talk to Flynn after Flynn’s calls were intercepted. It’s interesting how potential FISA abuse could be behind Flynn’s investigation to begin with!
