After the Republican and the Democrat memos were released, one thing is a certain fact: there was FISA Court abuse in the Obama-era DOJ and FBI.
And as a result, Attorney General Jeff Sessions is stepping up to the plate even though he recused himself!
Additionally, Jeff Sessions has pointed to the Inspector General, Michael E. Horowitz. Also, his report will be released by end of March! In this report, it will address the FISA Court abuses.
As the Daily Caller reported during an interview with Maria Bartiromo of Fox, Jeff Sessions told reporters on Tuesday:
“We believe the Department of Justice must adhere to the highest standards in the FISA court. And yes. It will be investigated.
And I think that’s just the appropriate thing. The Inspector General will take that as one of the matters he’ll deal with.”
Yesterday, Del Quentin Wilber tweeted this after the presser:
“DOJ AG Jeff Sessions today said during presser that DOJ Inspector General is investigating the FBI/DOJ’s use of FISA court in Russia probe. ‘The Inspector General will take that as one of the matters he’ll deal with.’ Last time he addressed this Feb. 2. He said he [would] forward it. Full Sessions quote:

Also, Real Clear Politics reported Sessions saying, “Every FISA warrant based on facts submitted to that court have to be accurate. That will be investigated and looked at,” Sessions said. “I’m not going to talk about the details of it, but I tell you we’re not going to allow that to happen.”
