Sarah Huckabee Sanders, White House Press Secretary stood behind the podium today like the warrior she is. She handled question after question with serious straight talk.
Then IT happened! April Ryan of CNN asked a question that Sarah almost had to hold back laughter. But, instead Sarah politely answered April with savage amounts of TRUTH! (VIDEO BELOW)
Sarah begins by pointing at April and calls on her. Much to April’s delight, she begins casually enough and she asks, “Yesterday,…they turned over one million documents. If he was compliant, with these investigations, why was there a search warrant?”
Sarah who has the patience of a Saint, replied, “This doesn’t have anything to do with the President. I would refer you to Michael Cohen, his Attorney.”
Sensing that April was going to cross the line into Special Counsel territory, Sarah made a pre-emptive strike and continued, “when it comes to matters of the Special Counsel, in dealings with the President, we’ve been fully cooperative.”
Apparently, since Sarah stole April’s thunder. April had nothing to ask for her second question. And what came out, clearly, won April the “WORST Question EVER Asked In The Press Corps” trophy! (VIDEO BELOW)
April asks, “with all of this turmoil, particularly this last week, has the President, at any time, thought about stepping down, before or now?”
Sarah responds in no uncertain terms! She says, “No. And, I think that’s an absolutely ridiculous question!”
