First Lady Melania Sat Next To Trump’s Political Opponents, What She Did Next Was Absolute Class

Saturday morning many gathered to honor the legacy of former First Lady Barbara Bush in Houston, Texas.

Barbara Bush passed away at the age of 92 this week. The wife of George H.W. Bush and mother of George W. Bush. (Video Below)

President Trump released a statement on behalf of he and First Lady Melania, in regards to the passing of Barbara.

The statement from the President said as follows:

President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump join the Nation in celebrating the life of Barbara Bush. As a wife, mother, grandmother, military spouse, and former First Lady, Mrs. Bush was an advocate of the American family.

Amongst her greatest achievements was recognizing the importance of literacy as a fundamental family value that requires nurturing and protection. She will be long remembered for her strong devotion to country and family, both of which she served unfailingly well. The President and First Lady’s thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Mrs. Bush. (Video Below)

In addition the President tweeted Saturday, “Heading to the Southern White House to watch the Funeral Service of Barbara Bush. First Lady Melania has arrived in Houston to pay our respects. Will be a beautiful day!”

The Daily Caller reports:

At Barbara’s funeral service at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Houston, the love for Barbara Bush was on display.

The church filled up for the memorial service of the beloved public servant. The front row of the pew of the church featured some of America’s most famous political families. First Lady Melania Trump walked in, followed closely by the Obama’s and the Clinton’s.

While Melania attended the funeral alone and was surrounded by her husband’s political opponents, she was the beacon of class.

Melania stood proud smiling and waving at those in the audience. Multiple times she could be seen laughing and creating polite conversation with her husband’s predecessor, Barack Obama. The two could be seen smiling on multiple occasions together.

Hillary and Bill Clinton, further down the pew, could be seen looking on solemnly. (Video Below)
