Thursday during the White House press briefing, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders took CNN’S April Ryan to the woodshed.
Immediately after the presser, April responded on air. (Video Below)
April Ryan claimed during the press briefing that Sarah Sanders was “blindsided” by Rudy Giuliani’s Fox interview the night before. Sarah responded, “With all due respect, you actually don’t know much about me in terms of what I feel and what I don’t.”
April Ryan took to the air responding to Sarah claiming she never meant to make her question “personal.”
“Well, I’m just leaving the briefing room and I had to decompress. It was a moment. She took this personally, and it was not a personal attack,” April said.
“She admitted at that podium just moments ago…. I’m sure she’s watching in that office, hi, Sarah!” April continued. “She literally said, at that podium that she heard Rudy Giuliani while we heard it…so she was blindsided.”(Video Below)
Ryan again insisted that it was not a “personal attack” before calling Sanders “street” for coming back at her.“And for her to say you don’t know me…that was very, um, street. I know there’s street politics here, but that was very street.
I’ve been here for 21 years at this White House. I understand the process. I’m not a dummy and do not discredit me,” April ranted.
