We have 11 brave lawmakers who are willing to step forward and turn the “lock her up” chant into a reality! They sent a letter asking the DOJ for a referral of CRIMINAL CHARGES on James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch and Andrew McCabe.
Additionally, the two partisan, star-crossed FBI paramours, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page are up for criminal referrals. All of them from the corrupt Obama-era. (VIDEO BELOW.)
Who are the HERO LAWMAKERS asking for criminal investigations? And which laws did the Obama administration break?
The lawmakers are Ron DeSantis (FL-R), Andy Biggs (AZ-R), Dave Brat (MI-R), Jeff Duncan (SC-R), Matt Gaetz (FL-R), Paul A. Gosar D.D.S. (WY-R), Andy Harris M.D. (MD-R), Jody Hice (GA-R), Todd Rokita (IL-R), Claudia Tenney (NY-R) and Ted Yoho DVM (FL-R).
The letter was drafted and sent to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Director Wray and Mr. Huber. Huber is the prosecutor for the Inspector General, Michael Horowitz. Sessions appointed Huber earlier this year since Sessions is recused and the IG cannot prosecute.

The letter is asking the DOJ for criminal investigation into potential violations. There is evidence that Comey, Clinton, Lynch, McCabe, Strzok and Page are in violation of the following Federal Laws:
Former Director of FBI James Comey:
18 U.S. Code § 1621 – Perjury generally. Having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the United States authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly, or that any written testimony. 18 U.S. Code § 1001 – Statements or entries. Whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device.
52 U.S. Code § 30121 – Contributions and donations by foreign nationals. Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for a foreign national, directly or indirectly, to make.

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch:
18 U.S. Code § 1505 – Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees.

Former Acting Director of the FBI – Andrew McCabe:

The big liars to Congress allegedly are: Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Page. Alledgeldy, Clinton has provided funding to foreign nationals. No surprise there. And Lynch, is an obstructionist!
The letter demonstrates the protocol in which charges and investigations should be handled. First, you have your evidence for the Federal Laws broken. Then, you recommend an investigation into the alleged charges.
Not the way it was accomplished in the corrupt Obama era Mueller Witch Hunt, where an investigation was launched, and the Mueller team went looking for a crime.
After all, in America you are innocent until proven guilty. The Obama administration seems to have forgotten that, and went looking for a crime that did not exist. Whereas the Trump administration found the crimes first, and will then prosecute.
