In regard to making peace, Dennis Rodman, former NBA star, revealed Tuesday that Sarah Huckabee Sanders called him and gave him a special message. (Continued Below)

Rodman’s agent, Darren Prince, said Sanders called Rodman “to thank him for his effort and being in Singapore and his support of Trump.”

Sanders sent her best wishes and said that “Donald Trump is really proud of you! He’s happy you’re having some type of part of this whole situation!”

Sanders also told Rodman that President Trump is “very happy to carry out the things” that Rodman has been talking about when it comes to North Korea.

Rodman has previously met with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in 2014. Last night, he gave an emotional interview to CNN.

Rodman, wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat, began crying, and said that Obama was not responsive to his concerns over North Korea.

Rodman stated, “If you can do certain things, I would listen, my ears would be open. And I tried to do that with Obama. And Obama did not give me the time of day. I asked him, I said I have something to say from North Korea and he brushed me off. And that didn’t deter me. I still kept going back.” (RELATED: What Dennis Rodman Just Said On Live TV Will Have Obama Hiding His Face In SHAME)

Honored by the words from the White House, Rodman responded saying, “And that means a lot. All of these years, I somehow had something to do with this North Korea situation, but I don’t want to take credit. I am so thankful to be here. I am glad this is happening. The world saw it. I saw it.”
