Schumer Gets Asked If Kavanaugh Is Presumed Innocent, His Response Speaks Volumes

In an epic round of political speak – Senate Minority Leader of the House – Chuck Schumer shreds the Constitution. His intent? He wants to stop a conservative Justice from being confirmed to the Supreme Court.

It was a disgraceful show of what can only be described as a complete disregard for American values. Schumer’s complete desperation is working against him and his Party. (VIDEO BELOW.)

In the hallowed halls on Capitol Hill – a reporter asked Schumer about the Sixth Amendment.

First, it is important to note that in America, our values dictate that we are presumed innocent until proven guilty. We are entitled to our day in court with a jury of our peers.

That’s how it works. Because, you know, the Constitution has a brilliant section – written by our Forefathers – and it’s called – the Sixth Amendment.

It’s why you don’t see American’s thrown in jail forever because someone accuses another person – justly or unjustly.

In other Countries; however, steal something as a visitor and you may find yourself thrown into a foreign jail forever and wondering what the American Embassy telephone number is. You are guilty until proven innocent. (VIDEO BELOW.)

The Sixth Amendment explained by Cornell Law School:

The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer,  the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.  It has been most visibly tested in a series of cases involving terrorism, but much more often figures in cases that involve (for example) jury selection or the protection of witnesses, including victims of sex crimes as well as witnesses in need of protection from retaliation.

The reporter asked Schumer if he agreed that Kavanaugh deserved the presumption of innocence.

Mitch McConnell, Senate Majority Leader said that nominee Kavanaugh deserves the presumption of innocence, and a reporter asked Senate Minority Leader, Chuck Schumer if he agreed with McConnell.

Schumer said in part, “It’s not a legal proceeding, it’s a fact-finding proceeding.” He then referred to it as “…standard operating procedure.”

Specifically, in an uncanny measure, Schumer said, “There’s no presumption of innocence or guilt when you have a nominee before you.

The Democrats 11th hour character assassination of an excellent nominee – has the optics that the Democrats are going against the Constitution. It appears, they will stop at nothing.

WATCH as Schumer TORCHES the Constitution in the wake of his desperation.
