The White House has a grand announcement for this evening! And it may set off a torrent of tears from the left!
The public will be able to enjoy a HUGE celebration of the swearing-in of Justice Kavanaugh. It will be LIVE from the East Wing of the White House tonight at 7 pm Eastern. (VIDEO BELOW.)
Wasn’t Kavanaugh already sworn into the High Court?
Yes, in two private official settings, Justice Kennedy swore him in. Kennedy is who Kavanaugh is replacing since Kennedy announced his retirement to the High Court.
Additionally, Chief Justice Roberts, also swore Kavanaugh in the private official confirmation which occurred in the chambers of the Supreme Court.
Fox News reminded us that on April 20, 2017 we “saw a similar event back then, when Justice Anthony Kennedy also swore in another one of his former law clerks, in this case, that was Justice Neil Gorsuch.”
“Tonight’s event is really for the public to be able to see it all unfold here at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue,” Fox News reported. (VIDEO BELOW.)
What Supreme Court cases will Kavanaugh participate in?
On the agenda for this week, are cases regarding FIREARMS, IMMIGRATION and ASBESTOS EXPOSURE.
It will be interesting to see how Kavanaugh a former clerk to Chief Justice Robert’s will weigh in. Roberts was known to be the moderate Justice and the swing vote in the High Court.
Since two of his clerks are replacing himself and the late conservative Justice Scalia, it will be interesting to see how often the balance will be 5 to 4. (VIDEO BELOW.)
