BIG WIN: Trump Comes Through With A Major Legal Victory Over Stormy Daniels

It’s a manic Monday, to say the least, for porn star actress Stormy Daniels and her lawyer Michael Avenatti as they appear to have lost a court battle against President Trump.

Stormy was attempting to sue President Trump for $75,000 for defamation after Trump labeled a composite sketch released by Stormy Daniels as “a total con job.” The sketch was said to be of a man, who Stormy claims tried to threaten her if she went public with her alleged affair with Trump.

But now, according to Bret Baier of Fox News, the judge overseeing the lawsuit against the President ruled that it be dismissed.

He also ruled that Stormy is “liable for the President’s attorneys fees.”

President Trump’s counsel Charles Harder released the following statement on the case:

“No amount of spin or commentary by Stormy Daniels or her lawyer, Mr. Avenatti, can truthfully characterize today’s ruling as anything other than total victory for President Trump and total defeat for Stormy Daniels.” Video Below
