At The WH Ball, Pres Trump Delivers Remarks That Foreshadow The Best That Is Yet To Come

President Trump and First Lady Melania were dressed to impress at the White House Congressional Ball Saturday night.

The President wore a tuxedo and the First Lady, in a sparkling white, high-neck gown, descended down the stairs as the band played Hail to the Chief. (Video Below)

President Trump and First Lady Melania delivered Christmas remarks while welcoming the attendees. They stepped to the podium at the Congressional Ball where the President opened with classic Trump style and made the room chuckle.

“What a crowd, what power, what beautiful people. I see you all week, and now I have to see you once again, to wish you a very very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy New Year.” The President said.

The President went on to exclaim how great the last two years have been to cheers and applause. “It’s been an incredible two years, it’s been very, very special. No administration has done more in the first two years than the Trump administration.”

He pointed out the tax cuts and regulation cuts, and two great new Supreme Court Justices. “And what people don’t know is that we’ve almost reached the 100 mark of federal judges, that’s a big, big mark.” (Video Below)

President Trump said the White House is special and they loved living in it. “To me it’s a happy place.”

This is going to be an exciting year and two years, he continued. “I believe we’re going to get really good health care.”

Trump said he was happy there were so many Democrats at the party. “I have a lot of friends who are Democrats,” he added. (Video Below)

President Trump also called up Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence to the podium to join the First family and they were welcomed with cheers.

Before the First Lady spoke, wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Trump bragged about all her hard work and thanked her.

Further, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders tweeted a picture from the event with her husband and Sarah is sparkling. (See tweet below video)
