First Lady Melania Sparkles Like An Angel In Official White House Christmas Portrait

The Holidays have arrived and as Christmas draws closer and closer the White House is preparing for the festivities.

Our First Lady, Melania has decked the halls, she has honored the reason for the season with an advent calendar and now has revealed the official White House Christmas portrait.

The 300 year old nativity scene is truly special and our First Lady displayed it proudly.

The Aleteia Organization reported, “according to tradition, every First Lady of the United has the honor of decorating the White House for Christmas, and this year Melania Trump made a bold statement with 29 red trees decorated with 14,000 ornaments lined up to greet visitors to the White House’s state rooms.”

Additionally, “this striking display has somewhat overshadowed a more traditional decoration on display – an 18th-century Neapolitan Nativity scene,” Aleteia reported.

“The 300-year-old crèche was first loaned to the White House in 1961 by philanthropist Mrs. Charles W. Englehard, who helped then-First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy choose thematic decorations,” and so it only makes sense that Melania would also choose to show case the incredible antique.

POTUS and FLOTUS tweet out a Merry Christmas with their official 2018 Christmas portrait.

“Merry Christmas from President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. & are seen Saturday, December 15, in their official 2018 Christmas portrait, in the Cross Hall of the White House in Washington, D.C. (Official White House Photo by Andrea Hanks).”

Melania looks like an Angel and she has a heart of gold since she prepared a special White House Christmas Advent Calendar in a digital display. Click here to enjoy it! Merry Christmas, America!
