Pres Trump Comes Out Swinging, Fully Exposes McCabe, Comey, Dems, WaPo & More In Series Of Shots

President Trump took to Twitter in a series of tweets Monday evening into Tuesday morning where he pushed back against Andrew McCabe, “Leakin’ James Comey,” the witch hunt, fake news, and Democrats– who are filing lawsuits over the national emergency.

The President didn’t hold back as he’s not afraid to call it like he sees it. (Video Below)

President Trump began by quoting Sean Hannity of Fox News after Andrew McCabes interview on CBS’ “60 Minutes.”

He wrote, “The biggest abuse of power and corruption scandal in our history, and it’s much worse than we thought. Andrew McCabe (FBI) admitted to plotting a coup (government overthrow) when he was serving in the FBI, before he was fired for lying & leaking.” @seanhannity @FoxNews Treason!”

Next, President Trump tweeted out a bathroom-themed dig at former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who is in the middle of an explosive media tour promoting his new book, dubbing former FBI Director James Comey the real ringleader. “Remember this, Andrew McCabe didn’t go to the bathroom without the approval of Leakin’ James Comey!”

Trump has attached the “Leakin'” label to Comey ever since the ex-FBI director leaked memos he wrote of his conversations with Trump to the media after he was fired from the bureau in the spring of 2017. Those memos described how the president asked for loyalty and for his then-FBI director to drop an investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn, reported Washington Examiner. (Video Below)

During McCabes “60 Minutes” interview, he claimed that President Trump called his wife a loser in relation to her failed 2015 bid for Virginia state Senate. President Trump refuted the claim.

“I never said anything bad about Andrew McCabe’s wife other than she (they) should not have taken large amounts of campaign money from a Crooked Hillary source when Clinton was under investigation by the FBI.” Trump wrote on Twitter.

“I never called his wife a loser to him (another McCabe made up lie)!” He added. (Video Below)

Andrew McCabe told “60 Minutes, “[Trump asked:] ‘What was it like when your wife lost her race for state Senate? It must have been really tough to lose. And I said, ‘Well, it’s tough to lose anything. But my wife has refocused her efforts on her career.’ And he then said, ‘Ask her what it was like to lose. It must be tough to be a loser.’”

“No man wants to hear anyone call his wife a loser, most of all me,” Andrew McCabe continued. “My wife is a wonderful, brilliant, dedicated physician who tried to help her community. So she is no loser. It was just bullying. So rather than get into an argument with the president of the United States, we, I said, ‘Okay, sir.’ And we hung up and ended the call.”

Andrew McCabe said the conversation with Trump occurred in the days after the president fired Andrew McCabe’s predecessor, former FBI Director James Comey. Andrew McCabe’s wife “received several hundred thousand dollars in campaign donations from a PAC linked to the Clintons,” reported Fox News.

However, President Trump didn’t stop there in his series of tweets.

Trump wrote, “…(The Witch Hunt) in time likely will become recognized as the greatest scandal in American political history, marking the first occasion in which the U.S. government bureaucrats sought to overturn an election (presidential)!” Victor Davis Hanson And got caught! @FoxNews”

Next, President Trump slammed the media and fake news as the stock market continues to rise. He further pointed out that The Washington Post is a fake fact checker.

Trump wrote, “Had the opposition party (no, not the Media) won the election, the Stock Market would be down at least 10,000 points by now. We are heading up, up, up!”

He added, “The Washington Post is a Fact Checker only for the Democrats. For the Republicans, and for your all time favorite President, it is a Fake Fact Checker!”

WaPo’s “ongoing database” of what it says are “false or misleading” claims by Trump was last updated Sunday.

“In 759 days, President Trump has made 8,718 false or misleading claims,” the page’s header reads. The tally includes repeats of claims like “Building the wall,” which the WaPo rates as “three Pinocchios.”

President Trump further ripped ‘Open Border Democrats’ for their lawsuits seeking to block the emergency declaration for the southern border and he lashed out at leadership in California, one of the states leading the legal effort. He also ripped the state over a recently downgraded high-speed rail plan while comparing it to the price tag of his demanded border wall.

Trump wrote, “As I predicted, 16 states, led mostly by Open Border Democrats and the Radical Left, have filed a lawsuit in, of course, the 9th Circuit! California, the state that has wasted billions of dollars on their out of control Fast Train, with no hope of completion, seems in charge!”

He added, “The failed Fast Train project in California, where the cost overruns are becoming world record setting, is hundreds of times more expensive than the desperately needed Wall!”

From The Hill:

Trump’s tweets came a day after a group of 16 states filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California seeking to block Trump’s effort to get funding for his proposed border wall by declaring a national emergency.

Fifteen of the 16 states have Democratic governors.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra (D) announced that he planned to bring a lawsuit almost immediately after Trump declared a national emergency last week to circumvent Congress and allocate nearly $8 billion for his long-desired border wall.

Trump had predicted in his press conference on Friday announcing the declaration that the move would likely be blocked by the San Francisco-based Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, but said he thought it would ultimately be upheld at the Supreme Court.
