Harry Reid interviewed with host Dana Bash on CNN’s “New Day after retiring from the Senate in 2017.

CNN can’t air a segment without bashing the President which is why Dana asked Reid during the interview, “You’ve had some choice words for President Trump, spoiled brat, conman, human leach, big fat guy, and amoral– seems to be your favorite right now. Is there anything you think he’s doing right?”

“Is there anything I think the President Trump is doing right? I just have trouble accepting him as a person and so frankly I don’t see anything he’s doing right.” Reid responded.

Reid, who during his time in the Senate called former President George W. Bush the worst president the country had ever had, apparently changed his tune and has since applied that title to President Trump. (Video Below)

Reid said, “In hindsight, I wish everyday for a George Bush again.”

He added that he respects former President George W. Bush despite their political differences, and Bush “would be Babe Ruth in this league that he’s in with Donald Trump in the league. Donald Trump wouldn’t make the team.”

Reid’s comments prompted an immediate response from President Trump after the interview aired. (Video Below)

President Trump wrote on Twitter Monday, “Former Senator Harry Reid (he got thrown out) is working hard to put a good spin on his failed career.”

Trump further said, “He led through lies and deception, only to be replaced by another beauty, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer. Some things just never change!”
