President Trump took to Twitter Tuesday morning where he blasted “unhinged” Democrats for their grandstanding efforts to now subpoena special counsel Robert Mueller’s full report as well as its underlying evidence. He also ripped them during a press conference while taking questions from reporters.

Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) said in a statement Monday that he has scheduled a markup Wednesday at 9 a.m. for the committee to vote on authorizing subpoenas for the report.

Attorney General William Barr told Congress on Friday that he plans to have a public version of the report ready to send to Congress and release publicly by mid-April or sooner, but Democrats refuse to wait.

In a press release issued on Monday, Nadler noted what he said was Barr’s refusal to provide Mueller’s full report to Congress without redactions.

“The Attorney General should reconsider so that we can work together to ensure the maximum transparency of this important report to both Congress and the American people. The full and complete report must be released to Congress without delay.” (Continued Below)

President Trump reacted first on Tuesday with a few tweets, then after in a press conference:

Trump wrote, “In 1998, Rep.Jerry Nadler strongly opposed the release of the Starr Report on Bill Clinton. No information whatsoever would or could be legally released. But with the NO COLLUSION Mueller Report, which the Dems hate, he wants it all. NOTHING WILL EVER SATISFY THEM! @foxandfriends”.

He added, “Robert Mueller was a God-like figure to the Democrats, until he ruled No Collusion in the long awaited $30,000,000 Mueller Report. Now the Dems don’t even acknowledge his name, have become totally unhinged, and would like to go through the whole process again. It won’t happen!”

“There is no amount of testimony or document production that can satisfy Jerry Nadler or Shifty Adam Schiff. It is now time to focus exclusively on properly running our great Country!” Trump said. (Continued Below)

During the press conference on Tuesday, President Trump took a few questions from Chief White House correspondent, John Roberts of Fox News, where he asked, “Mr. President, there is going to be a vote in the House Judiciary Committee tomorrow whether or not to authorize subpoenas to demand an unredacted version of the Mueller report and all of the background materials, will the White House fight them?”

The President insisted that it’s ridiculous, because we went through two years of the Mueller investigation. “There was no collusion, no nothing. The Attorney General now, and the Deputy Attorney General ruled no obstruction. There’s no collusion, there’s no obstruction, and now we’re going to start this process all over again? I think it’s a disgrace!”

“These are just Democrats that want to try and demean this country, and it shouldn’t be allowed. He added, “Nothing you give them, whether it’s Schiffty Schiff, or Jerry Nadler, who I’ve know– he’s been fighting me for half of my life in Manhattan, and I was very successful. I will tell you, anything we give them, will never be enough. It’s a 400 page report, we could give them 800 pages, and it wouldn’t be enough.”

The President said that this was a “whole plot” since the day he came down the escalator and announced his running for President. “Whether you want to use the insurance policy as a time frame, just in case ‘she’, Hillary Clinton loses. She lost, and she lost big. This has been going on for years. Now they want to keep it going on? After 30 million dollars, we’re going to start this process again, because Jerry Nadler wants to start it, or because Schiff wants to start it?” (Video Below)

President Trump explained that he will rely on the Attorney General to make decisions. “This is just politics at a very low level,” he added.

Asked what he thought about Nadler opposing the release of the Starr report in 1998, President Trump responded, “Jerry Nadler was on the opposite side of this and he thought it was a disgusting, terrible thing to even think about giving the Starr report, but now we should give the Mueller report. It’s hypocrisy and it’s a disgrace!”

He added, “I guarantee they go into a room, between Nadler, Schiff and the group, and they laugh like hell at how they’ve kept this thing going for two years. And I hope that this investigation, which is finished, I hope they go and take a look at the origins of the investigation– the beginnings of that investigation. Where it started, how it started, who started it, whether it’s McCabe, Comey, or a lot of them, where does it go, how high up in the White House did it go?”

He noted that this has been a bad thing for the country and a total waste of time, but what hasn’t been a waste of time is “some very bad people started something that should’ve never been started. And I hope that’s going to continue forward, because people did things that were very, very bad for our country and very, very illegal, and you could even say ‘treasonous.'” (Continued Below)
