On Sunday, Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib pushed the idea of impeaching President Trump while facing MSNBC’s Chuck Todd.
Tlaib said the House is on its way to impeaching the President, and she cited some reasons why she thinks he should be impeached, including his administration ignoring subpoenas handed down by Democrats.
Trump kicked of Memorial Day by firing back at Tlaib, while still in the middle of his trip to Japan.
Trump said, “Impeach for what, having created perhaps the greatest Economy in our Country’s history, rebuilding our Military, taking care of our Vets (Choice), Judges, Best Jobs Numbers Ever, and much more? Dems are Obstructionists!”
Trump’s reaction to Tlaib was in response to a previous tweet from GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, who said, “Rashida Tlaib continues to obsess over impeachment this morning.”
She added, “Democrats want to impeach @realDonaldTrump because they don’t have any other message heading into 2020 and they’re scared they can’t beat him at the ballot box.” See Below
