The FISA Memo is a major breakthrough and clearly reveals a plot by the FBI and DOJ to spy on President Trump’s campaign. And now that all of the secrets are out and the walls are caving in, the Left is scrambling to try to save face. Top House Democrat Adam Schiff has since issued a response that has desperation written all over it.
In an interview, Schiff said, “There are a number of things that are directly misleading in the Republican memo,” and he claims the whole point of the memo is to “do damage to the FBI and damage to the Mueller investigation.”
Schiff also argued that the Russia investigation “would have begun and continued even if Christopher Steele had never come along,” according to a report by NBC News. You can see Schiff making such comments in the video below.
Congressman Lee Zeldin wasn’t having it though and quickly hit back hard at Adam Schiff and gave a brief history of Schiff that explains it all. Zeldin said:
“Schiff said memo would endanger natl sec. It did not. He said it contained sources & methods that couldn’t be released. He was lying. He said it was materially altered. It was not. Time & again he repeatedly feeds media & public TPs that are just not true. Why’s he running point?”

There is plenty of proof to back up what Zeldin said. Schiff has been caught multiple times lying and implicating himself in unethical behavior. For instance, when he leaked information to the press during a closed-door testimony. You can read more about that HERE.
Schiff and other Democrats are going to have a tough time handling themselves as more investigating continues. Devin Nunes is showing no signs of stalling after he recently stated that he intends to focus next on the State Department. You can read more about that HERE.
