Wow! The former CIA Director implicated for fibbing to the Investigative Committee!
Back in May 23, 2017, Trey Gowdy had the pleasure of questioning former CIA Dir Brennan during the House Intelligence Committee. For the record, Brennan was under Oath. This is the series of questions and answers as discovered by Sperry at Real Clear Investigations.
Partial Transcript:
GOWDY: Director Brennan, do you know who commissioned the Steele dossier?
BRENNAN: I don’t.
GOWDY: Do you know if the bureau [FBI] ever relied on the Steele dossier as part of any court filing, applications?
BRENNAN: I have no awareness.
GOWDY: Did the CIA rely on it?
BRENNAN: No.
GOWDY: Why not?
BRENNAN: Because we didn’t. It wasn’t part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the Intelligence Community Assessment that was done. Uh … it was not.
Brennan’s Pants are on FIRE! And, the best thing he can think to do is tweet a ‘Goebbel’ as he jumps on the Schiff train!
Brennan must have referred to the “playbook” and saw ‘Goebbel’ as a response, deciding to drop it on twitter! He accused Nunes of what he himself is guilty of!
Any American would have thought a CIA Director could do better. Perhaps some truth for the love of his country. It is clear the Obama-era upper echelons were completely politicized! Read what Brennan tweeted below!
