It appears “stonewalling” is what our upper echelons of Government do when they don’t want to admit they have done something shady.

Yet, the American people have a right to know exactly how a Trump aide was spied upon by the Federal Government.

Rosemary M. Collyer is the Judge who presides over the National Security court and the ill gained FISA warrants from our previous administration. Although, in her letter to the Republican leaders in Congress, she appears open to the idea of releasing the records.

However, Collyer does not appear to want to release them on a timely basis.

Collyer also states that the records would get to him much quicker if he were to ask the DOJ or the Executive Branch for them.

The odds that the FISA Court records will match up with what the DOJ has on record may not be high.

Letters from National Security Judge released:

“New: The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court just released letters to Nunes and Goodlatte. Re: their requests for FISC records. Judge said the requests are a first for the court, and it’s considering them.”

FISA Court Judge STONEWALLS Nunes For Trump Aide Spy Records:

On Feb 1, Devin Nunes (CA-R) sent a letter to the FISA court asking for their records. Coincidentally, they stonewalled just like the FBI and DOJ had been doing. No big surprise. Also, to read the letter in full, click HERE.

“Before 2018, the Court had never received a request from Congress for documents related to any specific FISA application. Thus, your requests- and others I have recently received from Congress – present novel and significant questions.”

Additionally, a second letter was sent by Bob Goodlatte (VA-R). The Judge tells him that although she does not object, to go to the DOJ for them. To read full letter click HERE.

“Thank you for the courtesy of copying me on your February 1, 2018, letter to the Department of Justice and the FBI. In which you made requests for information similar to those in your letter to us.

Those agencies possess most, if not all, of the responsive materials the Court might possess. And we have previously made clear to the Department, both formally and informally, that we do not object to any decision by the Executive Branch to release any such FISA materials to Congress.”

In ending, do you think we will be seeing the FISA Court applications which were used to obtain a ticket to spy on Carter Page? Drop a comment below and let us know what you think!

Resist, Resist, Resist! That’s what these people do! This Judge needs to be removed! She has forgotten who she works for! ??

I doubt you will get them in a timely matter and unless you get them from the actual judge who signed them, I bet they will not be the same ones that the judge signed! Too many swamp rats protecting their asses! FAKE FISAS!’

  3. Let’s see? Who appointed the judge? Probably make a difference in our current Justice system. What justice system seems to be the question.
