Leave it to California! The State of California issued a law stating that ten days must pass before a new gun may be purchased. Of course, a pro-second amendment enthusiast slapped a law suit on California to dismiss the 10 day waiting period. And Justice Thomas stood for the Second Amendment.

The decision went to the Supreme Court of the United States, where the enthusiast’s suit was then revoked. In other words, the 10 day waiting period remains.

Justice Thomas Is Mad As A Hornet As He Alone Protects The Second Amendment

Justice Clarence Thomas was the only Justice who voted in favor of letting go of the 10 day waiting period. He stated in his response, “the 2nd Amendment is a disfavored right in this court.” Also, Thomas did not stop there.

Thomas gave a fierce disapproval of the Supreme Court’s motion to attack the Second Amendment. He also said in his rebuke to his fellow Justices, “The right to keep and bear arms is … this Court’s Constitutional orphan.”

James Woods fiercely tweeted defending the Second Amendment.

It seems that many Americans on the far left forget that the purpose of owning a gun is not just hunting. And that the Second Amendment was actually set into our Constitution by our forefathers for a different reason. The reason is so the population can protect itself from a way ward government.

Additionally, James Woods hits the basic reason of why there is a Second Amendment. This is what he tweeted:

“The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America is a bulwark against tyranny. That is its fundamental purpose.”See Tweet Below

The  Second Amendment is very clear about that. It states: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” What could the government do to it’s people in ten days while they wait for their firearm?

I just think we should interpret the Constitution as it’s drafted, not as we would have drafted it.” If you agree give him a shout out by clicking here.
