The left, used to activist judges doing their bidding, was stunned to learn that there is a new sheriff in town.
His name is President Trump and he moves with conviction and speed and energy. He gets stuff done and all the left can do is file lawsuits to try to stop him.
It won’t work.
A panel of three U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals judges just announced a Texas law cracking down on sanctuary cities can stand.
Boom. Get ready Jerry Brown because you will suffer the same fate.

As passed, Senate Bill 4 allows local law enforcement officers to question the immigration status of people they detain or arrest and punishes local government department heads and elected officials who don’t cooperate with federal immigration “detainers” — requests by agents to turn over immigrants subject to possible deportation — in the form of jail time and penalties that exceed $25,000.
Texas Governor Greg Abbot signed the law after some Texas municipalities passed sanctuary city ordinances basically to spit in Trump’s face and score cheap political points with the base.
Texas was quickly sued by the ACLU to stop the law from taking effect.
Abbot said of the historic ruling,
“Texas Ban on Sanctuary City Policies upheld by Federal Court of Appeals. Allegations of discrimination were rejected. Law is in effect.”
