After Michael Cohen’s offices were raided by the FBI, in an attempt to fish out vague evidence on him, there are now court filings flying all over the place! Cohen’s lawyers are ready for the battle!
Cohen, is the personal attorney to the President of the United States of America. This means the personal records will be fished through by a low-level FBI agent.
Cohen’s lawyer’s are now involved! Game ON!
No way are they going to let just anyone view the Cohen documents! The President’s attorney is lawyered up and ready to take on the shady Mueller team!
The Cohen team is ready to safe-guard the information. Basically, during the raid – they took EVERYTHING.

The lawyers for Michael Cohen, the personal lawyer for President Trump, complained in a new court filing that the FBI’s raid of Cohen’s office were “completely unprecedented,” and called for a ‘special master‘ to review the seized materials to determine if any are protected by attorney-client privilege.
“To the extent it bears repeating, federal prosecutors have seized the data and files of the personal attorney of the President of the United States. This is completely unprecedented,” they said in a court filing to Manhattan federal court. They said federal investigators “took everything.”
“This is perhaps the most highly publicized search warrant in the history of recent American criminal jurisprudence. It is paramount that the review of Mr. Cohen’s data and documents be handled in such a way as to eliminate, as much as possible, even the ‘appearance of unfairness,'” the court filing said. It added that the seizure was “an operation disquieting to lawyers, clients, citizens, and commentators alike.”
Every American should be startled about the raid.
No matter which side of the aisle you are on, the Fourth Amendment has clearly been breached. This means that your client/attorney privilege can easily be revoked. If the President of the United States cannot be protected against this type of coercion, who else would be protected?
Not to mention, clergy confidentiality. Also, physician confidentiality and even spouses not testifying against one another. How will THAT be protected going into the future if attorney/client confidentiality cannot be safeguarded?
Cornell Law states the following: “The Fourth Amendment originally enforced the notion that “each man’s home is his castle”, secure from unreasonable searches and seizures of property by the government. It protects against arbitrary arrests, and is the basis of the law regarding search warrants, stop-and-frisk, safety inspections, wiretaps, and other forms of surveillance, as well as being central to many other criminal law topics and to privacy law.”
I was shocked to see this happen between The President’s attorney and the Muller witch hunt. Someone should have been there to guard the files. This is clearly a breach of client -attorney trust. Those files need to be recovered quickly and check to see if they are all accounted for. This sounds more like Nautzi Germany.

You can thank Rosenstein and Christopher Wray right now. They think and actually have been holding our country’s left leaning differently than those of the left as evidenced with the Clinton investigations, its evidence and yet no arrests, and then General Flynn gets convicted of LYING! How many times has Clinton lied and gotten caught? That’s just one example. Rosenstein is dirty. So is Christopher Wray and possibly Jeff Sessions, even though I hope I’m wrong. But Rosenstein is guilty of crimes in the Uranium One Scandal, and is working with Mueller to take down the President. Thank god most of this will be out and general knowledge once he’s impeached.

Not only did Mueller cross the line but the judge that approved the confiscation of his records and laptop and cell phone also crossed the line. She should have known better. I hope Cohen finds out what they submitted to get this judge to agree to this travesty.
