The owner of Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, VA has suffered a bout of bad luck after kicking Press Secretary Sarah Sanders out of her restaurant.
And now, a new report indicates things aren’t about to get any better after the owner is facing more setbacks. VIDEO BELOW
Stephanie Wilkinson, the owner of the restaurant, immediately watched Red Hen’s Yelp rating plummet following the incident, which you can read more about by CLICKING HERE. And then she was forced to close down the restaurant until July 5 due to the nation-wide backlash that erupted from her decision.
But that’s not all!
According to a Tuesday report by Bret Baier of Fox News, Wilkinson decided to resign from a key position in Lexington.
Wilkinson stepped aside Tuesday as the director of Main Street Lexington, which focuses on improving the city’s downtown. Her decision came as protests have erupted outside of her restaurant by Trump supporters. Video Below
As discussed in the video below, both liberals and conservatives in the Lexington area are troubled by the decision made by Wilkinson, with one bystander saying she and others are “embarrassed” by the attention their town in receiving as a result.
One person was even arrested on Tuesday after throwing chicken manure in the direction of the Red Hen, according to the report. Yes, you read that right…CHICKEN MANURE!
