Yesterday, on the third day of the Brett Kavanugh Supreme Court nominee hearings, Cory Booker and Kamala Harris BOTH turned the hearing into a CIRCUS.
Harris and Booker appeared to be auditioning as Presidential 2020 hopefuls and trying out in the big tent. And Trey Gowdy knew EXACTLY what tricks they were up to. (VIDEO BELOW.)
In Tent One – Cory Booker (D-NJ) walked the tightrope.
Trey Gowdy (SC-R) was interviewed by Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on Capitol Hill on Thursday.
First, Martha asked Gowdy about Cory Booker’s theatrics when he had his “spartacus” moment when he released Kavanaugh’s emails on racial profiling. Click here to read more.
Trey responded to Martha regarding Booker and said, “what I have watched over the last couple of the days are a bunch of people who want to be the nominee in 2020. And it’s SAD.”
“I grew up watching confirmation hearings. I’m a little bit of a nerd. It’s incredible to watch smart people question other smart people about important matters. So you are seeing 2020 Presidential politics,” Trey told Martha. (Continued below.)
As it turned out, the emails were already released to the public AND Kavanaugh was AGAINST racial profiling. It looks like Booker fell off the tightrope in Tent one. And a BIG fall it was!

In Tent Two – Kamala Harris (D-CA) on the trapeze!
In a shameful display – Kamala used words to manipulate the viewers into thinking Kavanaugh was ‘dirty’ in some way. (VIDEO BELOW.)
She wanted to know if Brett had ever communicated with one of the Attorney’s who at one point was involved with the Mueller Probe.
Martha asked Trey if it was a useful question.
Trey responded, “Is it useful?” he asked rhetorically then said she needed to have “factual predicate.”
Then Trey said, “But to ask ‘Do you know anyone who works at the following D.C. law firm’ is an ABSURD and RIDICULOUS question – that you would only ask if you wanted to appeal to the base and position yourself as a front runner…in a pole position in 2020.” (VIDEO BELOW.)
