On Friday, an insane story rocked America! The Deputy Attorney General of the United States – discussed wearing a wire to trap President Trump and invoke the 25th Amendment. The breaking story was leaked by the New York Times.

In what can only be described as a “political soft-coup” in the upper echelons of the Department of Justice, President Trump weighed in with Geraldo Rivera in a rare telephone interview. (VIDEO BELOW.)

President Trump has no plans of firing Rod Rosenstein.

Geraldo interviewed President Trump via the telephone soon after the news broke out all over the Country.

President Trump said that when Rosenstein was hired by Jeff Sessions, that he was not “involved in that process.”

Moreover, President Trump explained that “they go out and get their own Deputies and those that work in the Department. Jeff Sessions hired him,” POTUS said.

Sounding genuinely sad, the most powerful man in the world told Geraldo, “We are looking at it, Geraldo. It’s very early. We just read the reports, you know, very shortly ago. The various reports that have come out and have been coming out. And we will make a determination.” (VIDEO BELOW.)

Specifically, President Trump told Geraldo what to expect. He said, “And I’m sure you’re going to be very – very early on for those that know. But it is certainly a very sad story when you see it.”

Rosenstein does not deny that he made the comments about wearing a wire to trap the President and invoke the 25th. The DOJ claimed that Rosenstein was only joking.

Although, Lisa Page who was also present in the room when the statement was made claimed that Rosenstein was dead serious. Furthermore, her perception was that Rosenstein was not joking at all. (VIDEO BELOW.)
