Today, in Room 226 of the Dirksen Senate building on Capitol Hill, Chirstine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh will give their testimony. History is certain to be made.
At approximately ten this morning, Ms. Ford takes her seat in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee where there are eleven Republicans and ten Democrats on the Committee. (VIDEO BELOW.)
What to expect during the Senate confirmation testimony.
Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum will be hosting the Fox News coverage beginning at 9 am Eastern.
First, Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and ranking member Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) will give their opening statements.
Then around 10 am Eastern, Ford will give her opening statement with no time limit. Next, Judge Kavanaugh will do the same.
After the statements, then the floor will open and Judge Kavanaugh will answer questions. (VIDEO BELOW.)
Moments ago, Jim Jordan spoke up for Judge Kavanaugh’s character.
Jim Jordan (R-OH), talked about meeting Judge Kavanaugh at a wedding. And he found the Judge “to be an exceptional individual. And the kind of guy we want on the Court.”
