Friday during the cloture vote, the Senate advanced Judge Brett Kavanaugh to advance the nomination, 51-49.

“Very proud of the U.S. Senate for voting “YES” to advance the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh!” President Trump tweeted Friday.
The vote for the full confirmation will be held Saturday around 4pm or 5pm Eastern.
The democrats worked around the clock to destroy Judge Brett Kavanaugh with smear tactics and paid protesters.

Friday evening, United States Capitol Police officers reported that they responded to “multiple instances of unlawful demonstration activities” throughout the day.
Dozens of people were charged with crowding, obstructing or incommoding, including 78 who were arrested in the Senate office buildings. 16 men were arrested on First Street between East Capitol Street and Maryland Avenue, NE, police said.
Six other people in the Senate Gallery were arrested and charged with unlawful conduct, police said. (Videos Below)
Additionally, officers arrested a woman in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, who was charged with crowding, obstructing or incommoding, as well as possession of marijuana, police said.
Police announced the arrests in a press release hours after Sen. Susan Collins, (R-ME) and Joe Manchin, (D-WV) announced that they intended to vote in favor of Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
